The Buyer Persona is a fictional representation of your ideal client beyond just the age range or socioeconomic situation. It is sought to create a profile with true information about behavioral models, motivations, client objectives, among others.

 

Specifically, in the HubSpot CRM, you can create or configure the Buyer Personas and associate them with each contact that is generated. That way, we can execute other actions with the different tools to build our marketing strategy. You can get help creating your Buyer Personas with HubSpot’s free tool Make my Persona.

 

The forms can be configured to associate a contact’s characteristic with a Buyer Persona, which allows you to automatically segment a contact and assign it to a specific list to achieve assertive communication. These lists will help you generate effective email marketing strategies and reach the right person, at the right time, and with the right message.
