The Buyer Persona is a fictional representation of your ideal client beyond just the age range or socioeconomic situation. It is sought to create a profile with true information about behavioral models, motivations, client objectives, among others.
Specifically, in the HubSpot CRM, you can create or configure the Buyer Personas and associate them with each contact that is generated.
